I was impressed by the beauty and impermanence of Julien Breton aka Kalaam’s work which recently popped into my in box. Very different ceramics – Penkridge at Origin
Sometimes things are just wonderfully made. They don’t need to be hugely designed or modern, brilliant quality works just as well. Penkridge were set up in 1984 and are considered the best in their field which is, as you can see, realistic reproductions of fruit, vegetables and nuts. These photos should give you an idea.
