Yes, I know I’m obsessed by the circle in its multiple manifestations and here’s another example I found at the last Affordable Art Fair in Hampstead on the Sheridan Russell Gallery stand.
Mel Fraser is a master of her craft and seemingly as comfortable in figurative as in abstract work: these simple alabaster pieces are from the latter and almost luminescent.
I’ve never seen lilac alabaster before.
