As my last post might have seemed a bit limited with only printers, here are a couple of other selections – fewer images as I didn’t get to speak to them at the show and don’t take pictures at stands without permission:
Bucks College showed another strong collection of students (lots of lush prints). Clara Malonda presented knitted textiles including this jacket with fabric, felt and knitwear blending together.
Glasgow School of Art had plenty to look at with more print and weave than I can mention here. Anna Duthie in embroidery showed refreshing restraint in her colouring and design, inspired by Norwegian wooden houses. It also had an element of Art Deco, very timely with the Gatsby themes around at the moment.
