Jaggedart Gallery at the London Art Fair

10/02/2016

Jaggedart specialises in work that embraces the fabrication of art including these sculptural pieces below shown at the London Art Fair. I have to restrain myself from looking with my hands as everything is so tactile.

Kazuhito Takadoi trained in agriculture and horticulture, and now uses materials gathered from her garden and allotment – her pieces not only physically inhabit a space but their shadows extend and affect the surrounding area. This one almost drips down the wall.

Thurle Wright’s piece Becoming, uses cut text from a science philosophy text for this anthropomorphic composition.
