Pencil Health: Creative Workshops for Mental Health and Wellbeing
Mental health and well-being are increasingly recognised as key factors in maximising performance in the workplace. As organisations face increased pressures and competition, investing in the psychological health of their employees makes business sense.
Pencil Health has been designed for adults regardless of perceived artistic ability. Drawing is a language connecting parts of the brain previously under-valued in the workplace.
Neuroscience has proved that everyone, regardless of technical skill, benefits from a supported creative experience. The ability to draw is irrelevant as the brain reacts in exactly the same way no matter the level of skill.
Pencil Health workshops are tailored to your specific needs. These take place in person or online and can range from a 1 hour lunch session to a course over several weeks.
