If you go to Harringay Green Lanes overground station, don’t miss this art and teaching studio just as you turn right from the station exit.
Lisa-Marie Price works from a converted shop unit and has recently turned the window into a pop-up gallery displaying new work which I saw when I called in to visit.
Her work is concerned with landscape and its associated patterns, often using maps as a starting point. She explores painting with home-made inks and paints made from organic ingredients sourced from nature.
The piece above has a little gold leaf which you can just see in the centre.
You can often find Lisa-Marie working inside so why not pop over to see what she’s currently up to?
